unnerving amount of anxiety today. Prayers are welcome. 
For those of you who suffer anxiety along with me, let’s together seek to keep these scriptures in mind:
Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.
(1 Peter 5:7)
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
(Philippians 4:6-7)
Do not fret – it leads only to evil. (Psalm 37:8)

I totally understand how you are feeling – today I feel like jumping off roof myself…wonder if it is part of hormonal changes…?
Yep, I’m sure of it, Kari. Some days I feel like SUCH an unstable thing, and others, I can tackle the world. *sigh*
I had a really “up” day the last two days…then today…..well I just can’t explain it. I just keep trying to give it to God…that’s all we can really do. My mom said that God only helps those who help themselves….but today I just decided to avoid everyone and keep quiet, hoping it would pass. I hope it will pass….it usually does.
Well, I sure hope your mom isn’t right because at this point it’s hard to do much! I have always heard that God helps those who can’t help themselves, which I hope is true because I can’t do much for myself at this point, except to do what you’re doing and avoid people, keep quiet and let it pass. I do hope you feel better soon, my friend, because i so understand where you are coming from. Big hugs!
